Built a 4-path Zoho SalesIQ chatbot with lead capture, IP-based country detection, and dynamic email templates per product.
Wired the full inbound flow: chatbot → Clay webhook → enrichment + dedup → auto-create org, person, and lead in Pipedrive.
Set up outbound from scratch: Clay (company import, enrichment, AI columns) → HeyReach for LinkedIn sequences → Instantly for email with A/B testing.
Built response categorization in Clay - positive replies auto-create Pipedrive leads with source tagging.
Created Looker Studio dashboards for LinkedIn (invites, connection rate, reply rate) and email (sent, opens, replies).
Integrated LeadFeeder and G2 into Pipedrive for website-visitor and product-intent tracking.
Designed campaign segmentation by company size (SMB vs. Enterprise) and industry vertical.
