Element5 was founded in 2019 by four veterans of the post-acute care industry. They empower the workforce by automating labor-intensive workflows and use AI+RPA to interact with current systems and complete work on the company’s behalf.

Challenge

The Element 5 team sought to identify how to break into the Home Health and Hospice industry in the US market, which is why they engaged Leadle’s lead generation services- to explore sales opportunities. Prior to reaching out to Leadle, they had executed a large scale email campaign where they reached out to over 20000 prospects which got them 10 meetings. Since the turnover was lower than what they had expected, they realized they needed our help in scaling their campaign-the right way.

Leadle deployed a 2 channel campaign of Email and LinkedIn for a 90 day lead generation sprint. We opted for a more account based approach and really took advantage of Linkedin as a channel  to generate more meetings from fewer and more target specific prospects. We found that a more qualitative approach doesn’t burn accounts while going into a new market. 

With messaging tailored to specific Home Health and Hospice industries, Leadle was able to reach out to over 4000 prospects with a reply rate of 2.5%  and a 21% lead conversion rate.
