Leadle Ranked Top 25 Global RevOps Creator | Favikon 2026

Leadle Founder Harinie Sekaran ranks #25 globally and #2 in India in Favikon’s 2026 RevOps & Sales Ops Creators list.

Revenue Is Built in the Details

Revenue problems are usually not one big issue.

It is often a few smaller things adding up.

A good lead gets handed over badly.

A meeting happens, but the real buying signal is missed.

The CRM has the data, but the team does not trust it.

Outbound gets replies, but the message never improves from what buyers are saying.

Pipeline looks healthy, but nobody is fully sure what will actually close.

That is the kind of work I have spent the last 10 years around.

So being ranked #2 in India and #25 globally in Favikon’s 2026 RevOps & Sales Ops Creators list means a lot.

Not because I set out to become a creator.

Most of what I write comes from work we are already doing at Leadle.

We started with lead generation. The work kept getting bigger.

Leadle started with outbound and appointment setting.

The ask was usually simple:

“Can you get us more meetings?”

We could.

But after working with enough sales teams, we kept running into the same problem.

More meetings did not always mean more revenue.Sometimes:

  • the ICP was too broad.
  • discovery was weak.
  • good opportunities sat untouched in the CRM.
  • sales and marketing had completely different definitions of a qualified lead.
  • HubSpot had been built over years with layers of workflows, fields and exceptions that nobody wanted to touch anymore.
  • outbound was working, but nobody could explain why.

That is what pushed us deeper into RevOps, HubSpot implementation, CRM consulting, sales automation and GTM execution.

Because eventually, you realise that pipeline generation does not sit in isolation.

Everything around it matters.

What we believe good RevOps should do

RevOps can get technical very quickly.

CRM architecture. Lifecycle stages. Lead routing. Attribution. Dashboards. Workflows. Data governance. Automations.

All of that matters.

But I think the outcome should stay simple.

A salesperson should know what to do next.

A manager should know where deals are getting stuck.

Marketing should know which leads are actually turning into pipeline.

Leadership should be able to look at the CRM and trust what it says.

And when something works, the team should be able to repeat it.

That is how we approach our work as a RevOps agency and HubSpot Solutions Partner.

We audit the setup before adding more automation.

We fix fields, stages, ownership rules and handoffs.

We clean CRM data instead of building workflows on top of bad data.

We connect inbound, outbound, ads and partnerships into reporting that revenue teams can actually use.

And we integrate HubSpot with the rest of the GTM stack rather than treating the CRM as a standalone system.

The same thinking applies to outbound

We still do a lot of outbound.

But we think about it differently now.

Good outbound is not just a list, a sequence and a meeting target.

It should help you understand:

  • which part of your market is responding
  • which problem gets attention
  • which buyer actually owns it
  • which proof makes the conversation easier
  • why meetings progress or stall
  • what should change in the next campaign

That matters whether we are running B2B lead generation, appointment setting, pipeline generation services or a new-market GTM campaign.

The meeting matters.

What you learn from the market matters too.

Most of what I write starts with something that happened at work

A campaign underperformed.

A client asked a question we did not have a good answer to.

A deal stalled.

A HubSpot workflow looked fine until the sales team actually started using it.

A message we thought would work did not but a completely different one did.

Those are usually the things I end up writing about.

I have always found that more useful than writing about sales or RevOps in theory.

And I think that is why this Favikon recognition feels personal.

It is recognition for work that started much before the post.

Thank you

Thank you to Favikon for including me in the Top 50 Global RevOps & Sales Ops Creators for 2026.

Thank you to everyone who reads the posts, comments, disagrees, asks questions or sends me a note afterwards.

And most importantly, thank you to our clients.

A lot of what I know has come from being allowed into your sales process, your CRM, your pipeline reviews and the parts that do not make it into case studies.

We will keep doing the same work.

Helping B2B teams build better outbound, cleaner HubSpot setups, stronger RevOps systems and a pipeline they can understand and repeat.
